During the pandemic, we started weekly virtual sessions to give women a safe space to connect, be seen, and celebrate both their inner and outer beauty.
After the pandemic, we grew our network by creating meaningful events, attending programs, doing mock interviews, speaking as guest speakers, and building partnerships both online and in person.
We decided to expand our horizons and, while we had already impacted women, we wanted to reach younger girls as mentors in the community, which led us to become a nonprofit.
We partnered with CPS schools and other institutions to create programs, workshops, and events that support the community’s educational goals, including mentoring, career guidance, scholarships, and community service projects.
